«Cave Route - Alvados»

Curva

27 Apr

The Alvados Caves were discovered in 1964 by quarries workers who, intrigued by the resonance of stones falling on a ledge, decided to descend through this opening and with ropes and lanterns found a wonderful natural world of limestone formations hitherto unknown. Inside, we will find the delicacy of its “oolitic” formations characteristic of the subsoil of this region, where “stalactites” and “stalagmites” appear linked to small natural lakes that transport us to a wonderful underground world.
